Jamaica tends to be one of the more affordable Caribbean islands, but the resorts range from cheap to insanely expensive. You can get Red Stripe beers and street food at very good prices in Montego Bay if you happen to find small restaurants and beach shacks. The all-inclusive resorts are very popular here and can be excellent value for those who enjoy at least a few drinks each day.
