The picture is very misleading. The water is a mud pit. It is not blue or clear. A river dumps into the ocean at that resort.
We lost electricity in our room about 10 times per day and couldn't get anyone to acknowledge the issue. I'm sure that it was an ongoing issue with that room, but they just danced around the problem and we gave up after 4 days.
The check-in process was extremely difficult with the app. It took over 2 hours to get all the information input and saved because of the poor design. It wasn't user error - I'm a software engineer. The app sucks and they won't communicate with you until it's complete.
They scheduled a bedhop to come get us at 2:30 am and take us to the lobby to check out and catch our ride to the airport for an early flight. No one showed up and the phones were not working. We had to haul our luggage down the stairs and across the property to meet our ride. We are both over 65.
The adult quite pool is where we stayed for the entire vacation and it was wonderful. Great, great staff at that pool.
Food was fabulous and the waiters, cleaners, and yard folks were also very nice. Some of the desk and guest services were obviously not interested in our issues with the electrical.
